DBM hires project manager from GH

DBM Contractors, Inc., of Seattle, has hired Meredith Daniels of Gig Harbor as a senior project manager. She is working on the Sound Transit Northlink Light Rail project.

Daniels has more than 22 years of heavy civil and commercial construction experience.

Prior to joining DBM, Daniels was a project manager for Mowat Construction Company on projects that included the Interstate 5-state Route 161-SR18 triangle interchange in Federal Way, and the Fremont Bridge approach peplacement in Seattle.

Prior to that, her projects include transit facilities, a stadium, a casino and large civil projects in Boston, Chicago and Reno, Nev.

Daniels earned a bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y., and holds a California General Engineering Contractors license.
