The Mustard Seed Project will host its monthly community forum from 10 a.m. to noon March 18 in the Brones Room of the Key Center branch of the Pierce County Library System, 8905 Key Peninsula Highway N.
The topic of discussion will be “Adult Day Programs and Respite Care.” Representatives from adult day programs will offer an update on local respite options for family caregivers.

Harbor WildWatch will host “Pier Into the Night,” an interactive environmental education activity, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. March 20 at Jerisich Dock on Harborview Drive in Gig Harbor.
Visitors can see what’s under the water when the sun goes down and observe nighttime activities of the creatures in the intertidal life zone.
Those who attend are encouraged to dress warmly and bring life jackets for children.

The Canine Health, Education and Welfare organization will host “Six Tips for a Safe and Sane Dog” with certified trainer Dorothy Turley from 1 to 3 p.m. March 28 at the Peninsula branch of the Pierce County Library System, 4424 Point Fosdick Drive in Gig Harbor.
