Gillespie earns Certified Green Broker designation

David Gillespie of Gig Harbor recently earned the professional designation of Certified Green Broker.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Advantage of Tacoma, formerly known as Coldwell Banker Commercial Hawkins Poe, made the announcement.

The Commercial Brokers Association, in partnership with Cascadia Green Building Council, developed the Certified Green Broker Designation for the commercial real estate industry.

The program enables Gillespie to identify and discuss the essential issues related to green features of projects and provide advice on the benefits of buying, building or leasing “green.”

Doctors Clinic corporate offices move to Silverdale

The Doctors Clinic corporate offices have relocated from Bremerton to 9621 Ridgetop Blvd. NW in Silverdale. Several doctors from the Gig Harbor area work at the clinic.

The Doctors Clinic Ridgetop East also will house the Occupational Medicine and Physical Therapy departments later this month.

The Doctors Clinic has more than 50 percent of its 75 physicians located in five locations in Silverdale. The corporate offices were moved to better serve the needs of patients and the medical group.
