Gig Harbor chapter earns Dynamic Group Award

The Gig Harbor BizBuilders Networking Group has been awarded the BizBuilders Networking Groups Dynamic Group Award for June.

The award goes to the chapter reporting the greatest number of referrals, guests, new members and best attendance.

The group meets at 8 a.m. each Tuesday at Kimball Espresso Gallery in Gig Harbor. Guests are encouraged to visit a couple of times before they join.

Local businesses honored with 40 Under 40 award

Jannae and Scott Limoli, CPA/Shareholder, Ryan Jorgenson & Limoli, and Melanie Manista-Rushforth of Lindquist Dental Clinic for Children in Gig Harbor won a “40 Under Forty” award from the Business Examiner.

The Business Examiner’s 40 Under Forty program recognizes outstanding South Sound business and community leaders younger than 40. A panel of alumni reviews the candidates to provide direction for selection.

Edward Jones ranks highest in investor satisfaction

Edward Jones ranked highest in investor satisfaction with full service brokerage firms, according to the J.D. Power and Associates’ 2009 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study, announced recently by the four Edward Jones financial advisers in Gig Harbor.

It was the fourth time in the past five years the financial-services firm has received the honor.
