Art Walk event in GH coming Saturday

The First Saturday Art Walk in Gig Harbor is scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m. this weekend.

Visitors can pick up an Art Walk Passport at any participating gallery to be eligible to win a $50 gift certificate.

Marilyn Tracey of Seattle won the August gift certificate, which was donated by Kit Kuhn, A Jeweler Designed For You.

During the Art Walk, artist demonstrations will be held at the following galleries:

Gallery Row, 3102 Harborview Drive, 253-851-6020 — Featured artists: Nancy Corey, fused glass, and Sharon Carr, mixed media.

Kit Kuhn — A Jeweler Designed For You, 3104 Harborview Drive, 253-851-5546 — Featuring a 14-karat white and yellow gold image ring with Mt. Kilimanjaro, a Larson ski boat and waves.
