Home Park to host one-year anniversary party Saturday

Home Park will celebrate its one-year anniversary with food and entertainment from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday at 17220 8th Ave., off Key Peninsula Highway North in Lakebay.

Friday Night Skate beginning at Key Peninsula Civic Center

Friday Night Skate, a tradition for Key Peninsula elementary and middle school students, will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning Sept. 11 at the Key Peninsula Civic Center, 17010 S. Vaughn Road.

In addition to skating, other activities include air hockey, foosball, video games and contests. The kitchen will serve burgers, pizza, fries, candy, sodas and other treats. Special theme nights will be offered throughout the year. Entrance fee is $5, which will benefit the Key Peninsula Civic Center.
